I had the pleasure of collaborating with BIS on a project providing education to BH providers on the importance of clinical, fiscal and administrative leadership within a BH organization. BIS was integral to convening an appropriate mix of thought leaders and organizing the project. The facilitation approach used respected the experience and collective wisdom of those working on the project and promoted a collaborative environment.
ROSE GALLOWAY, GATEWAY FOUNDATION
Gateway Foundation is a non-profit organization with a 50-year legacy in the treatment of alcohol and drug addiction. Gateway went live on a new eHR system in October of 2018 at some of our sites and is now in the middle of implementing the new eHR system at the rest of our sites. We engaged Behavioral Information Systems to supplement staff resources for our PM team during these implementations. BIS has allowed our PM Analysts to concentrate on the implementations while BIS supported Production Support and Enhancement requests. BIS has been a tremendous partner during this time and we would not be as successful with our implementations without their support.
