Implementation

At Welligent, we work with your team to jointly develop an implementation and training plan that addresses your unique project goals. Our implementation process is faster than the industry average due to our speedy delivery and dedicated project management team.

Once your project implementation period is set, a dedicated project manager will be assigned to your company for the entirety of the project period. Alongside your project manager, project goals and objectives will be set and will include all mutually developed project deliverables. During the initial planning and standardization phase, Welligent will help to define and map all high-level business processes that the organization wishes to enforce across all programs. Together, we will identify unique clinical and billing workflow, documentation, forms, reports, staff roles and security requirements. Key processes, steps and process flows are developed and mapped to the Welligent system. With Welligent, you can be confident that your organization will be using your newly adopted EHR in no-time.

Currently using existing 3rd party software?

During the implementation, Welligent can perform a data migration from Customer’s existing 3rd party software. Welligent is able to migrate client demographic data, clinical treatment episodes, client diagnoses, client services, primary therapist and client payor information.

Initial & Ongoing Training

Welligent knows how intimidating it is to learn a new software system. We realize the importance of both initial and ongoing training. During implementation, Welligent project managers perform on-site and online training to teach new users how to utilize our EHR to its fullest potential. From logging in to scheduling appointments, documenting notes, recording medical history, filing claims, reporting and signing out, Welligent has you covered!

Welligent also knows that from time to time agencies may need a refresher course for a number of reasons. Maybe your organization has hired additional staff or opened a new location. Maybe recently-developed features are confusing or your agency feels it is not using the system to its full capacity.
