News & Resources in the Wake of COVID-19 for Behavioral Health Providers

Supporting People with Substance Use Disorder in NH during the Pandemic – The NH Center for Excellence/JSI in collaboration with the Healthcare Task Force of the NH Governor’s Commission on Alcohol and Other Drugs has prepared this important summary.
- The CARES Act provided the FCC with $200 million for a “COVID-19 Telehealth Program.” Under this program, eligible providers – including health centers – can apply for up to $1 million each “to purchase telecommunications, information services, and connected devices to provide connected care services in response to the coronavirus pandemic.” Applications will be funded on a first-come, first-served basis.
· The Unemployment Services Trust has assembled the Top COVID-19 Resources to help nonprofit employers navigate the Coronavirus’s impact on organizations and their employees. These tools can provide some valuable insight on the latest COVID-19 legislative updates, as well as helpful employer checklists and best practices.
